CM clears plan to build Railway Over Bridge in Deoghar

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has approved construction of a Railway over Bridge at Santhali village on Patna-Howra main rail track falling under the territory of Deoghar Municipal Corporation.
The construction cost of this bridge is expected to be Rs25- 30 crore and the state government plans to bear it.
In yet another important decision,Das has approved an official file providing a plot of land (No-H- 108- area- 4500-)to Archer Deepika Kumari at Harmu Housing Colony. This plot has been given to her for her remarkable contribution in the field of sports. Approving her plot,
More,the CM has ordered to postpone vigilance enquiry vide PS case No. 02/2011 & 19/ 2013 regarding irregularities at Maithon- Jamtara 132 km transmission line & Ranchi, Khunti, Ramgarh, Jamtara & Pakur under APDRP.
Investigation by Vigilance will be postponed till CBI investigates & submits the report. It should be noted that the Jharkhand High Court had ordered to handover these cases to CBI for investigation under C.W.J.C. no. 1793/01.
At the same time,the CM has ordered to dismiss Premnath Shah from service.Shah was Executive Engineer of Building Construction Department, Building Division-2, Ranchi.He has been slaped with the charge of owning illegitimate property worth Rs. 1,12,15,586.00. of owning property worth crores of rupees.
At the time of his arrest by the police in Ramgarh,he had in his possession Rs 23 Lakh and an Alto car on August 18,2013 when he was sent to jail in Hazaribagh.
