CM orders to set up 35 new colleges in Jharkhand

Jharkhand is likely to get a number of graduate colleges soon.A decision toward this end was taken by Chief Minister Raghubar Das.

As per his order,38 graduate colleges will be set up in a planned way by 2022.This means that every one of 35 out of total 81 Assembly constituencies and three other places,where students had to migrate in absence of a college,will get a new degree college in the next six years.

The concerned Deputy Commissioner of the district is supposed to provide land to set up the new college.All these new colleges will be functioning under different universities functioning in Jharkhand.

For instance,if Ranchi University will have 5,Vinoba Bhave University 10,Sidhu-Kanhu University 8,Neelamber-Pitamber University 6 and Kolhan University will have 5 new colleges.
