Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has assured the villagers from Kute, Tiril, Mudma, Laade and Jagannathpur that construction work for the proposed new capital and the Vidhan Sabha premises would come up only after having sought the consent of people and the government’s top priority would be to rehabilitate those living on the earmarked land.
Das said this at the state secretariat during a meeting with the people likely to be affected by the proposed projects.
The government wanted the people to lead a dignified life and create a conducive atmosphere for all round development of the state, added Das.
The Chief Minister called upon people to contribute in helping to create a new model city that would be equipped with all modern facilities for the next generation.
