RJIL offers ‘Jionet’ WiFi service

Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), is offering‘Jionet’ High Speed WiFi service at 68th All India Commerce Conference 2015 of Indian Commerce Association.
This conference is being held between 6th to 8th November at Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag (Jharkhand).

This three day conference has been inaugurated by Yashwant Sinha Ji, Former Union Minister of Finance & External Affairs along with Professor (Dr.) Gurdeep Singh, Vice Chancellor, Vinoba Bhave University Hazaribag (Jharkhand).

Dignitaries attending the conference will be able to experience high-speed internet through ‘Jionet’ network. Currently, Jio is providing this service as complimentary so that customers can sample and experience High Speed internet.

Commenting on this initiative, a Reliance Jio Spokesperson said,“Jionet services are being offered to all the visitors – irrespective of their mobile operator – to sample the digital ecosystem that Jio has built, comprising specially designed apps and rich content running on Jio’s high speed data networks. Jio’s vision is to bridge the digital divide and enrich life of every common man.”

Steps to connect to ‘Jionet’ Wi-Fi
Any visitor can connect to ‘Jionet’, the Jio Wi-Fi network, through four simple Login steps
– Switch on Wi-Fi on your mobile/ tablet/ laptop and Select ‘Jionet’

– Open Browser window and type any website name in the Address Bar. You would be automatically re-directed to Login Page. Else you can also type “jionet.jio.in” in Browser window to open the Login page

– Register with Mobile No. and request for Verification Code

– You would receive Code through SMS. Feed in the Code in Login Page and click ‘Verify’ to enjoy high speed WiFi

o The internet session is valid for 24 Hours post which you can again request for a new Code and enjoy services for another 24 hours

o The system will automatically log out the user if there is no internet activity for 30 minutes. In such a case User can re-log in,using the same Code.
