Yoga grips thousands of school students in Ranchi

Ahead of the International Yoga Day on Sunday-June 21,all schools and their students are busy preparing for the world’s first event in Jharkhand.

Most schools have decided to celebrate International Yoga Day in Jharkhand.Their thousands of students have already started practicing Yoga in their school campus across the State.

For instance,Guru Govind Singh Public school located at Kamre has a plan to organise a workshop on the use and significance of Yoga for children.The workshop is slated to be addressed by Swami Mukti Rath,a Yoga teacher.

“Apart from helping children strengthen their physical and mental health,Yogya helps them improve the power of concentration:,said Mukti.

Today,students of Jawahar Vidya Mandir school,Shayamli,Ranchi,practiced Yogya inside their school campus.These students are slated to celebrate the International Yoga Day in their school.
