Come June 21,2019-5th International Yoga Day-and Ranchi will witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi lead hundreds of Yoga followers at Prabhat Tara ground.

The state administration is leaving no stone unturned to make the fifth International Day a success. The state health secretary Nitin Madan Kulkarni is making efforts to make eco-friendly arrangements. This means all participants will be provided Eco-Friendly Yoga Mats, each made of Khadi and T-shirt free of cost.  

As many as 19 NGOs have been invited to take part in the event. These NGOs are:Baidh Amitabh Kumar,Principal,Ayurved Medical College,Swami Muktirath,Chairman,Satyanand Yog Mission,Incharge Patanjali Yog Samiti,Patanjali Kishan Seva Samiti,Satyanand Yog Mission,Dev Sanskriti,Isha Foundation,Brahmakumari,Gayatri Parivar,Vikas Bharti,Art of Living,Ram Krishna Mission,Arogya Bharti,Nehru Yuva Kendra,NCC,Yogda Satsang,Pranik Hilling and Chinmaya Mission.

Each of these NGOs is supposed to identify 500 persons for their registration so that they get ID proof and do Yoga with PM Modi on June 21.
