DRDA(District Rural Development Agency) Junior Engineer Sudhir Kumar who was posted in District Water Resources, Medninagar(Palamau) was shot dead this morning near Navketan Cinema hall in Daltongunj. The cause was suspected to be a land dispute, said the police.
