Dr. DK Tiwari, a 1986 batch IAS officer, will be the new Chief Secretary of Jharkhand. Chief Minister Raghubar Das has given the consent on the proposal to make Dr. Tiwari as the Chief Secretary. The proposal is being sent to the Election Commission of India.
