Undergoing imprisonment, Lalu Yadav, a convict in five multi-million rupee fodder scam cases, will have to wait to get bail. Today, in one case connected with fraudulent withdrawal from Deoghar treasury, he had on June 13, moved the Jharkhand High Court seeking bail. Already, the CBI had opposed his plea in its reply. During hearing the case Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh directed the petitioner to submit his appeal and fixed July 12 as next date of hearing.
