Using first death anniversary of ex-PM late Atal Behari Vajpayee, Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das, together with other functionaries including Urban Development Minister CP Singh, launched medical centres in urban areas of 15 districts. Billed as Atal Clinic, the medical centre, equipped with basic medical equipment, a doctor and a nurse, is planned to be set up at every ward of the district. In the first stage, 25 Mohalla clinics are being set up. On September 25,100 Mohalla Clinics will be set up on the occasion of BJP's legendary leader Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhaya's birth anniversary, said Das.
