Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das has observed that Dy.SP should inspect every police station and clear pending cases on a daily basis.His observation was recorded during Jan Samvad programme attended among others by CM's PS Sanjay Kumar and Secretary Sunil Barnwal and held at Suchna Bhawan in Ranchi.
