Top Naxal commander and dreaded Maoist leader Jharkhand Regional Committee (JRC) Kundan Pahan surrendered before Jharkhand’s ADG (Operations) RK Mallik and South Chhotanagpur range DIG Amol Vishnukant Homekar and senior police officials during Operation Nai Disha at DIG office in Ranchi on Saturday, who carried an award of Rs.15 lakh on his head.
